Membership and Account Registration
1.1 Eligibility
To open an account on the 995bet platform, the user must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. Opening an account in the name of a minor is strictly prohibited. 995bet reserves the right to verify that the age provided by the user at the time of registration is accurate.
Account registration is not permitted in the following cases:
- If the applicant is under 21 years of age
- If the applicant already owns an active account on 995bet
- If the applicant has previously been banned from 995bet

1.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts under the same identity may result in all related accounts being suspended and any earned bonuses being cancelled.
1.3 Accuracy of Information

1.4 Account Verification (KYC)
995bet reserves the right to verify a user's identity before any withdrawal or whenever deemed necessary. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for verification. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.
Financial Transactions and Payments
2.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on 995bet is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Users must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name — transactions through third parties are not allowed.
2.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are processed through the same methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase if verification or any other review is required.
2.3 Account Balance
Funds held in the account are for use in betting and gaming activities only. Balance cannot be transferred from one account to another. A history of every transaction will be stored within the account.
2.4 Currency
All transactions on 995bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
995bet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to claim this bonus. Before withdrawing the bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Another example: a deposit of ৳16,200 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳8,000 × 20 = ৳1,60,000.
3.2 Bonus Usage Rules
No funds from the bonus balance may be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If the account is closed while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled. 995bet reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
3.3 VIP Cashback
995bet's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Cashback is paid on weekly net losses at the applicable rate. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
Cashback will be added to the account automatically. If bonus abuse is suspected, 995bet reserves the right to investigate and withhold rewards.
Betting and Gaming Rules
4.1 Bet Acceptance
Bets on 995bet are accepted subject to sufficient balance in the account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, 995bet reserves the right to cancel it.
4.2 Event Cancellation
If a sporting event or game is cancelled or suspended, 995bet will decide in accordance with the applicable rules. Generally, the original stake of bets on a cancelled event is refunded, though in specific cases the outcome may differ. The final decision on such matters rests with 995bet.
4.3 Maximum Winnings Limit
A maximum payout limit may apply for a specific period or for a specific bet. This limit will be stated in the relevant market or game description.
4.4 Suspicious Activity
If account hacking, manipulation, or bet hedging is suspected, 995bet will investigate the account in question and, if necessary, suspend it immediately. If such activity is proven, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 995bet:
- Operating an account through fraudulent or unlawful means
- Unauthorised access to another user's account
- Placing bets using bots or automated software
- Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
- Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other users or staff
5.2 Live Chat Conduct
Users may contact 995bet's 24/7 live chat support in Bengali or English. Using abusive language, making threats, or spamming in the chat may result in chat access and the account being suspended.
5.3 Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, software, and designs on the 995bet platform are the intellectual property of 995bet. Copying, reproducing, or using them for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.
Privacy and Security
6.1 Data Protection
995bet uses SSL encryption and other modern security measures to protect users' personal information. Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

Account Closure and Banning
9.1 Closure at User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before making the request. Active bonuses will be cancelled.
9.2 Closure Due to Rule Violations
995bet reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of these terms and conditions

9.3 Re-registration
